We built CrossFit Manhattan Beach with one word in mind: Community. Not only do we want to provide a supportive atmosphere and great experience for everyone, we also aim to build an education system that teaches members how to live long and happy lives through exercise and nutrition.
A high intensity functional fitness class that trains athletes for general preparedness through strength training, conditioning, gymnastics and more. This gets the body prepped for not only the unknown, but the unknowable, by keeping the body guessing and balanced to endure any activity.
Boot camp-style of training where the emphasis is to improve conditioning and provide basic, everyday movements in a safe and effective manner.
